Faith Elliott

Faith Elliott is a valued member of our team and brings both compassion and experience to everything she does. An Eastern Shore local, she is a graduate of Crisfield High School and continued her education at Eastern University and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Before joining our office, Faith spent over 13 years working as a caseworker supporting at-risk youth, including foster care and respite care. She has also worked as an online educator for the past 7 years. Those experiences have shaped her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and provide support with patience, understanding, and care.

She raised her family in Crisfield, where she lives with her husband of 20 years, Steve, their three children, and their dog, Mocha. Faith brings that same sense of family and community into our office each day, helping clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door or call in.

When she’s not working, Faith enjoys good food with friends and spending time with her family. We try not to ask what she’s listening to, because it’s almost always a true crime podcast, and you’ll usually find Mocha not too far behind.
